Handball

The Handball department was reestablished in 2017. In its short life Thrylos have won three Handball Premiers, three Greek Cups and a record 2 Super Cups..

In 2018-19 Olympiacos participated in EHF European League (then known as EHF Cup) and advanced to round 3, an achievement that was repeated the next season. That was the first time a Greek club managed to advance to round 3 of the competition since 2013. In 2023-24 Olympiacos participated in the finals of EHF European Cup in the most successful European campaign during the short history of the department.
